If not using a bean-to-cup machine, start by grinding your coffee beans.

If you prefer traditional coffee brewing methods, we recommend:

Add 22g of coffee for every 500ml of water
This will deliver 22mg of CBD (approx. 11mg of CBD for every cup of coffee)

Returns & Refunds
You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The unwanted purchase should be posted to us in its original packaging to our Fulfilment Centre with a covering note explaining the reason for the return. Please include your order ID, email address and name so we can locate your order and then process any applicable refunds. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.

Recommended dosage
When you first purchase CBD Coffee, CBD Chocolate or CBD oil, one of the things you may be wondering is how much you should take for the correct dosage.
There are guidelines for dosage, but there is no exact answer to this question to cover all individuals. We do have some recommendations and advice for you though.
The Food Standards Authority recommends no more than 70mg a day for a healthy adult (about 28 drops of 5% CBD) unless under medical direction. This new precautionary advice is based on recent findings by the government’s Committee on Toxicity (COT). Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking any medication should not to consume CBD product without seeking advice from a GP or medical practitioner.
One medical paper suggests that, although higher doses have been tolerated in clinical studies (e.g 300mg per day- 600mg per day), they found that lower doses (starting at 25mg per day) still had a noticeable impact on the participants. This is a promising sign because it means that more people will be able to give CBD a try without being put off by any expense.
The dosage of CBD that works best for you will depend on a variety of factors, including your weight, height and the speed of your metabolism. For this reason, we would recommend starting with a low dosage and increasing it gradually, as you will be able to tell how it affects you personally.
Can I use CBD products every day?
Sure! CBD is used daily by everyone from professional athletes to stressed out parents all around the world!
Not only can you, but for the best effects, in most cases you actually should take CBD on a daily basis. You can’t overdose on CBD, and it’s lipophilic (or fat soluble), which means it compounds in your body over time, adding to potential health benefits.
It is perfectly safe to take CBD oil every day, but we recommend no more than 70mg per day across any product containing CBD. CBD is non-addictive, it’s non-intoxicating and will not cause any impairment.
CBD interacts with the body just like vitamins or certain medications. You get the most out of CBD by taking it every day, consistently. This is because CBD, like all cannabinoids, builds up in the body over time. A daily dose can help maintain sustained levels in your system and promote a more effective Endocannabinoid System (ECS). The ECS is a biological system that has shown to help control sleep, mood, inflammation, and overall homeostasis (a body’s state of balance). So, it’s important to keep it in top condition. Our bodies were not built for daily consistent stress. When we feel stressed our endocannabinoids degrade, resulting in problems sleeping, increased anxiety, inflammation, and a whole host of other things. So, taking CBD daily brings the endocannabinoids fighting back again!
Read the label
Some CBD products are stronger than others, so it’s important that you read the label carefully. It can also be confusing if you don’t consider all factors. For example, a 5% (500mg) CBD oil in 10ml contains the same total amount of CBD as a 1.66% (500mg) CBD oil in 30ml.

Does CBD affect other medications?
Those who are taking any medication should not to consume CBD product without seeking advice from their GP or medical practitioner. Many drugs are broken down by enzymes in the liver, and CBD may compete for or interfere with these enzymes, leading to too much or not enough of the drug in the body, called altered concentration. The altered concentration, in turn, may lead to the medication not working.
